Every client is sent a feedback questionnaire at the conclusion of their proceedings so that we know whether we are meeting our clients' expectations.

All client who returned their questionnaires commented that they found their first meeting with us as being either reasonably useful or very useful. Over 91% reached the view that the first meeting was very useful.

When our clients were asked how they felt we had conducted their proceedings, again over 91% commented that they felt we had conducted their proceedings either reasonably well or very well. Over 81% commented that they felt their proceedings had been handled very well. Our survey also reveals that over 85% of our clients would recommend us, which we like to think demonstrates the quality of service that we are able to offer.
